Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking with Strata Executive Travel. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Licensing
Strata Executive Travel operates in full compliance with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council private hire licensing regulations. All vehicles are fully licensed and insured, and all drivers hold valid private hire licences.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to confirmation by Strata Executive Travel. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Additional charges may apply in the following circumstances:
- Excessive waiting time (beyond the free allowance set out below)
- Parking fees incurred during your journey
- Tolls, bridge charges, or congestion charges
- Significant route changes requested during the journey
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. We accept payment by card, bank transfer, or cash as specified at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

| 12–24 hours before departure | 50% of the booking fee |
| Less than 12 hours before departure or no-show | 100% of the booking fee |
Cancellations must be made directly with Strata Executive Travel by phone or email. We strongly recommend confirming your cancellation has been received.
5. Waiting Time
We understand that schedules can be unpredictable. The following complimentary waiting time is included with every booking:
- Airport pickups: 60 minutes from the confirmed landing time
- All other journeys: 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time
Waiting time beyond these allowances will be charged at our standard rate, which will be advised at the time of booking.
For airport pickups, our drivers monitor live flight data and will adjust accordingly. You will not be charged for delays outside of your control.
6. Passenger Conduct
Strata Executive Travel provides a premium, professional service. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all passengers and drivers:
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
- The consumption or possession of illegal substances is not permitted
- Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated
In the event that any of the above occurs, or if the safety of the driver or other passengers is compromised, Strata Executive Travel reserves the right to terminate the journey immediately without refund.
7. Damage & Cleaning
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle during their journey. In the event of spillage, soiling, or damage that requires specialist cleaning or repair, the client will be liable for all associated costs. A minimum cleaning charge of £150 may be applied in such circumstances.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. All services provided by Strata Executive Travel will be delivered with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Delays & Liability
Strata Executive Travel takes every reasonable step to ensure punctual and reliable service. However, we cannot be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Unforeseen traffic disruption or road closures
- Accidents or breakdowns
- Acts of God or other force majeure events
In the event of a delay, we will always endeavour to notify you as soon as possible and arrange an appropriate solution.
10. Data Protection
Strata Executive Travel is committed to protecting your personal data. We comply fully with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information collected in connection with your booking is used solely for the purpose of delivering our service and fulfilling our legal obligations. 11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
Strata Executive Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply to bookings made after the date of publication.
